REGULAMIN STUDIA TATUAŻU V8 Tattoo&Design
(obowiązuje od 07.12.2017r.)
1. Każdy klient studia tatuażu V8 Tattoo&Design jest zobowiązany do zapoznania się z treścią regulaminu.
2. Wstępnej rezerwacji terminu można dokonać telefonicznie, osobiście w studiu lub poprzez fanpage studia na Facebooku. Nie odpowiadamy na wiadomości sms w sprawie tatuaży.
3. Po dokonaniu wstępnej rezerwacji, należy potwierdzić ją poprzez wpłacenie zadatku w wysokości 200 zł. Wpłaty zadatku można dokonać osobiście w studiu lub przelewem na konto bankowe. Zadatek należy wpłacić w ciągu 3 dni roboczych od dnia wstępnej rezerwacji terminu. Rezerwacja terminu niepotwierdzona wpłatą zadatku nie jest dla studia
V8 Tattoo&Design wiążąca. Kwota zadatku jest odliczana od całkowitej kwoty za dany tatuaż.
4. Nie wykonujemy projektu bez rezerwacji terminu i wpłaty zadatku.
5. Istnieje możliwość wprowadzenia niewielkich zmian w projekcie aczkolwiek w dalszym ciągu bazujemy na tym samym projekcie, motywie.
6. Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do odmowy wykonania tatuażu w przypadku wprowadzania istotnych zmian w projekcie, w dniu umówionej wizyty.
7.Nie bierzemy odpowiedzialności za poprawność pisowni zarówno napisów polskich jak i obcojęzycznych.
8. Wpłata zadatku jest równoznaczna z akceptacją regulaminu studia tatuażu V8 Tattoo&Design.
9. W przypadku CAŁKOWITEJ REZYGNACJI z tatuażu zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.
10. W przypadku niestawienia się na tatuaż w ustalonym wcześniej terminie zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.
11. Klient zobowiązany jest do zgłoszenia chęci/konieczności zmiany wcześniej ustalonego terminu tatuowania nie później niż na 7 dni przed umówioną wizytą. Zgłoszenie chęci/konieczności
zmiany terminu tatuowania później niż na 7 dni przed umówioną wizytą jest równoznaczne z utratą wpłaconego zadatku. Zarezerwowanie nowego terminu wymaga ponownego potwierdzenia poprzez ponowne uiszczenie opłaty w wysokości 200 zł.
12. Tatuator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany zarezerwowanego przez klienta terminu. W przypadku braku akceptacji propozycji nowego możliwego terminu tatuowania klient może się ubiegać o zwrot wniesionej na rzecz studia
V8 Tattoo&Design opłaty za rezerwację terminu.
13. Zabieg tatuażu wykonujemy tylko osobom pełnoletnim.
14. Osoba przychodząca na tatuaż nie może być pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków ani żadnych innych środków odurzających.
15. Po wykonaniu zabiegu należy bezwzględnie przestrzegać zasad pielęgnacji tatuażu o których informuje tatuator.
16. Tatuator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprzestrzeganie zasad pielęgnacji tatuażu po wykonanym zabiegu.
17. Tatuator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wystąpienie ewentualnych zmian skórnych mogących wystąpić po zabiegu.
18. Tatuator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zachowanie się barwników na skórze.
19. Przychodząc na tatuaż do studia V8 Tattoo&Design prosimy by nie przyprowadzać ze sobą małych dzieci i nie więcej niż jednej osoby towarzyszącej.
20. Tatuator w studiu V8 Tattoo&Design ma prawo odmówić wykonania tatuażu bez podania przyczyny.
21. Tatuator przygotowuje ostateczny projekt najwcześniej 2 dni przed ustalonym terminem wykonania tatuażu.
22. W studiu V8 Tattoo&Design obowiązuje zakaz robienia zdjęć i nagrywania filmów bez zgody tatuatora.
23. Stanowisko tatuatora to indywidualne miejsce pracy. Zabrania się dotykania narzędzi służących do wykonywania tatuażu oraz materiałów pomocniczych.
24. Prosimy o punktualne przychodzenie na wcześniej umówioną godzinę. Nie godzinę wcześniej lub godzinę później.
25. Każdy tatuaż jest wyceniany indywidualnie. W zależności od stopnia skomplikowania, miejsca na ciele i wielkości.
26. Płatność tylko gotówką.
27. Tatuaż jest zabiegiem nieodwracalnym! Prosimy o rozwagę w podejmowaniu decyzji.

1. Each client V8 tattoo studio Tattoo & Design is obliged to familiarize himself with regulations.

4. We do not do the project without reservation and payment of the deposit term.

6. We reserve the right to refuse tattoo for major changes in the project, on the day of your appointment.
