Sanem und Ronny die Inhaber von Skinwork Tattoo & Piercing arbeiten schon seit 2001 zusammen.
Nach Abschluss seiner Zoofachverkäufer Lehre und der Ausbildung als Tierpfleger hat Ronny die ihm angebotene Chance genutzt und eine Ausbildung als Piercer im damals ersten Giahi Shop begonnen.
Sanem war damals noch Kundin und Kollegin der Inhaber des Shops, auf Grund der Sympathie zu einander wurde daraus schnell eine enge Freundschaft.
Es dauerte nicht lange und auch Sanem wagte den Schritt nach Ihrer abgeschlossenen Hochbauzeichner Lehre, eine Ausbildung zur Piercierin bei Giahi anzufangen. Zu dieser Zeit florierte das Business in der Schweiz so richtig und es ging nicht lange und ein zweiter Shop wurde eröffnet.
Nach ein paar Jahren als Shopmanager bei Giahi trennten sich die Inhaber, nachdem Ronny die Firma verlassen hatte folgte kurz darauf auch der Austritt von Sanem.
Nach knapp einem Jahr Pause in der Branche wurden sie angefragt mitzuwirken die 2nd Skin Piercing und Tattoo Gruppe mit aufzubauen.
Da das Thema Tattoo und Piercing nicht mehr nur ein Beruf sondern eine Berufung war, nahmen beide das einmalige Angebot an. Auch dann, ging es steil bergauf und sie planten, bauten und betreuten die sechs Filialen die in den fünf Jahren mit 2nd Skin eröffnet wurden.
Wie das Leben so spielt ergab sich durch verschiedene Parameter die Möglichkeit nach so vielen Jahren bei den zwei renommiertesten Labels in Zürich den Schritt zu wagen sich mit Ihrem eigenen Label selbständig zu machen.
Aufgrund der Erfahrung in den letzten Jahren und das Mitwirken der Eröffnung von mehr als sieben Shops, war den beiden klar was sie in ihrem eigenen Konzept umsetzten wollten und entschieden sich Skinwork ins Leben zu rufen und gründeten ihr eigenes Unternehmen.
Sehr stolz sind die beiden auch dass sich ein Grossteil ihrer Mitarbeiter entschieden hat den Weg mit ihnen zu gehen und sich der neuen Herausforderung zu stellen die Visionen von Skinwork umzusetzen.
Ein Hauptanliegen der beiden Gründer und des Teams von Skinwork ist es, nach so vielen Jahren bei den grössten Anbietern in Sachen Tattoo und Piercing, wieder ein wenig Back to the Roots zu kommen und das Augenmerk auf die persönliche und individuelle Beratung sowie den Service zu legen.

Our story …
Sanem and Ronny The owners of Skinwork Tattoo & Piercing have been working together since 2001.
After completing his Zoofach sellers teaching and training as animalist, Ronny has used the opportunity offered to him and started training as Piercer in the then first Giahi Shop.
Sanem was even more customer and colleague of the shops of the shop, due to sympathy to each other quickly became a close friendship.
It did not take long and also sanem dared the step after her completed building recorder teaching to start training as Piercierin at Giahi. At this time, the business in Switzerland rally flourished and it was not long and a second shop was opened.
After a few years as a shop manager at Giahi, the owners separated after Ronny had left the company followed shortly after the exit of Sanem.
After almost a year break in the industry, they were requested to join the 2nd Skin Piercing and Tattoo Group.
Since the topic tattoo and piercing was no longer just a profession but an appeal, both accepted the unique offer. Even then, it went steep uphill and they planned, built and supervised the six branches that were opened in the five years with 2nd skin.
How life plays so showed through different parameters the opportunity to make the step to dare to dare with their own label after so many years with the two most prestigious labels in Zurich.
Due to the experience in recent years and the participation of the opening of more than seven shops, the two of them wanted to realize what they wanted to implement in their own concept and decided to call themselves Skinwork and found their own company.
The two are very proud of that a large part of their employees decided to go the way with them and to face the new challenge to implement the visions of Skinwork.
A main concern of the two founders and the team of Skinwork is to come back to the roots after so many years with the largest providers in terms of tattoo and piercing, and pay attention to personal and individual advice as well as the service .
