TETOVIRANJE:
Ukoliko ste zainteresirani za tetoviranje potrebno je doći osobno u studio,odlučiti se za motiv,veličinu,boju i poziciju na tijelu da bi Vam mogli odrediti cijenu i trajanje izvedbe,što moramo znati da bi Vas naručili.Nakon ovoga ostavljate polog koji se vraća ukoliko dođete na vrijeme.U slučaju kašnjenja ili nedolaska gubite pravo na povrat akontacije,a možda gubite i termin ako procijenimo da zbog kašnjenja remetimo ostale termine poslije Vas.Eventualno odustajanje ili promjenu termina morate javiti najmanje 24 sata prije dogovorenog termina ili također gubite pravo na povrat pologa.
PIERCING:
Ukoliko ste zainteresirani za piercing,radno vrijeme našeg piercing majstora je sljedeće :
Radno vrijeme : 11-15 sati.
Termine nije potrebno ugovarati ,osim ako se želite zakazati za popodnevni termin po dogovoru!

TETOVIRANJU MALOLJETNIKA
TETOVIRANJE MALOLJETNIKA – U Hrvatskoj ne postoji zakonska regulativa što se tiče tetoviranja maloljetnika,tako da to određuje svaki studio zasebno.Ako posumnjamo da bi vaša starosna dob mogla biti ispod 18 godina starosti zatražit ćemo Vas dokument kojim dokazujete suprotno.
U našem tattoo studiju,ukoliko ste stariji maloljetnik (16-17 godina starosti) možete se tetovirati isključivo u pratnji roditelja ili staratelja.Roditelj/staratelj mora biti prisutan kod dogovora termina te kod samog tetoviranja.Potrebno je predočiti dokumente sa slikama (osobna iskaznica,putovnica,vozačka dozvola).Dokumenti moraju sadržavati datum rođenja,ista prezimena i iste adrese. Ako su prezime ili adresa različiti, ponesite i rodni list kao dokaz da se radi o roditelju. Maloljetnici pod skrbništvom osoba koje im nisu roditelji moraju predočiti dokument kojim dokazuju da im je pratnja skrbnik.

U tattoo & piercing studiju Tiamat vrijede sljedeća pravila :
– Ispod 15 godina ne pirsamo. Bez iznimaka
– 15-17 godina pirsamo uz prisustvo jednog roditelja i predočenje dokumenata
kojima se dokazuje srodstvo.
– 17-18 godina pirsamo sve osim genitalnih piercinga.Nije potrebna nazočnost
roditelja,dovoljno je zatražiti formular koji roditelj može potpisati.
– 18+ budući da nam je teško odokativno procijeniti koliko tko ima
godina,molimo vas da sa sobom imate osobnu iskaznicu da
biste potvrdili punoljetnost.
Djecu ispod 15 godina starosti NE PRIMAMO – BEZ IZNIMAKA!

If you are interested in tattooing, you need to come to the studio in person, decide on the motif, size, color and position on the body so that we can determine the price and duration of the performance, which we need to know to order you. In case of delay or non-arrival, you lose the right to a refund of the advance, and you may lose the term if we estimate that due to the delay we disrupt other appointments after you. You must notify us of any cancellation or change of appointment at least 24 hours deposit.

If you are interested in piercing, the working hours of our piercing master are as follows:
Opening hours: 11-15 hours.
Appointments do not need to be arranged, unless you want to make an appointment in the afternoon by appointment!
PIERCING RULES I
TATTOOING A MINOR
JUVENILE TATTOOING – There is no legal regulation in Croatia regarding the tattooing of minors, so it is determined by each studio separately. If we suspect that your age could be below 18 years of age, we will ask you for a document proving the opposite.
In our tattoo studio, if you are an older minor (16-17 years of age) you can get a tattoo only accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parent / guardian must be present at the appointment and the tattoo itself. It is necessary to present documents with pictures (identity card, passport, driver’s license) .Documents must contain date of birth, same surnames and same addresses. If the last name or address is different, bring your birth certificate as proof that you are a parent. Minors under the custody of persons other than their parents must present a document proving that they are accompanied by a guardian.
MINOR PIERCING – There are no legal regulations in Croatia regarding the piercing of minors, so this is determined by each studio separately.
If we suspect that your age may be under 18 years of age we will ask you for a document proving otherwise.
The following rules apply in the Tiamat tattoo & piercing studio:
– We don’t pierce under 15. No exceptions
– For 15-17 years, we have been piercing in the presence of one parent and presenting documents
proving kinship.
– For 17-18 years we pierce everything except genital piercings. No presence is required
parents, it is sufficient to request a form that the parent can sign.
– 18+ since it is difficult for us to estimate how many people have
years, please have an ID card with you
to confirm adulthood.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT children under 15 years of age – WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS!
