Pitbullin historia ulottuu vuoteen 1994, jolloin Moses Tattoo perustettiin Joensuuhun Pohjois-Karjalaan. Joensuun ensimmäinen tatuointiliike toimi usean vuoden ajan, sieltä toiminta jatkui Kajaaniin, jossa Pitbull nimi otettiin käyttöön. Liike oli täälläkin kaupungin ensimmäinen ja elettiin vuotta 1997.
Sieltä toiminta laajeni pohjoiseen ja 1998 perustettiin Oulun tatuointiliike, jossa yhdistyivät Igors lävistykset ja Pitbull tatuoinnit. Tramps Tattoon lopetettua, liike peri kaupungin vanhimman liikkeen tittelin. Sittemmin 2000-luvun alkupuolella, perustettiin myös Pitbull Ylivieska ja muutama vuosi siitä, myös Pitbull Kokkola avasi ovensa.
Kokoonpanot ovat vaihtuneet vuosikymmenien saatossa ja tatuointihistoriaa on kirjoitettu pohjoiseen tatuointikulttuuriin, aina ammattilaisen ottein ja ykkösmeiningillä! Nykyisellään Pitbull on vakiintunut kahdelle paikkakunnalle, Ouluun ja Ylivieskaan.

Pitbull’s history dates back to 1994, when Moses Tattoo was founded in Joensuu, North Karelia. Joensuu’s first tattoo shop operated for several years, from where it continued to Kajaani, where the Pitbull name was introduced. Here, too, the movement was the first in the city and lived in 1997.
From there, the operations expanded to the north, and in 1998 the Oulu tattoo shop was established, combining Igors piercings and Pitbull tattoos. After Tramps Tattoon ceased, the movement inherited the title of the city’s oldest movement. Since then, in the early 2000s, Pitbull Ylivieska was also founded and a few years after that, Pitbull Kokkola also opened its doors.
The lineups have changed over the decades and the history of tattooing has been written in northern tattoo culture, always with a professional touch and number one! Today, Pitbull is established in two locations, Oulu and Ylivieska.
