REGULAMIN
1. Klient zobowiązany jest do zapoznania się z treścią regulaminu.
2. Wszystkie zabiegi wykonujemy tylko osobom pełnoletnim. W przypadku niepełnoletności wymagana jest obecność jednego z rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych i wyrażenie jego zgody na piśmie. Nie wykonujemy tatuaży osobom poniżej 16-go roku życia.
3. Nie wykonujemy zabiegów osobom będącym pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków, środków psychoaktywnych i odurzających.
4. Wstępnej rezerwacji terminu tatuowania można dokonać telefonicznie, mailowo, poprzez komunikator facebooka lub osobiście w studiu.
5. Po ustaleniu terminu sesji klient zobowiązany jest do wpłaty zadatku, który wymagany jest do rezerwacji terminu. Zadatek jest wliczony w cenę tatuażu i nie podlega zwrotowi na 3 dni przed ustalonym dniem sesji, ani po przesłaniu projektu. Nie może również w takim przypadku zostać wykorzystany na rzecz kolejnego bookowania terminu. Zmiana ustalonego terminu przez klienta jest dopuszczalna na 3 dni przed umówioną sesją. Wpłata zadatku jest równoznaczna z Akceptacją Regulaminu.
6. Gotowy projekt tatuażu, można obejrzeć dopiero na dzień/dwa dni przed umówioną sesją (wg ustaleń z tatuatorem). Niektóre wzory (np poprawki po innym tatuatorze lub tatuaż typu “cover”) mogą wymagać bezpośredniego rysowania na skórze i nie wymagają wcześniejszego przygotowania projektu (wg ustaleń z tatuatorem).
7. W przypadku chęci skorygowania wzoru dopuszczalne są dwie-trzy korekty. Całkowita zmiana projektu przez klienta wiąże się z dodatkowymi opłatami.
8. Nasi pracownicy mają prawo do jednokrotnego przełożenia terminu. Jeśli sesja jest przekładana więcej razy klient ma prawo zażądać zwrotu depozytu.
9. Ceny w studiu ustalane są indywidualnie. Wycena dokonywana jest na podstawie powierzchni tatuażu, lub w przypadku dużych tatuaży na podstawie ilości całodziennych sesji poświęconych na ich wykonanie.
10. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprzestrzeganie zasad pielęgnacji podczas procesu gojenia tatuażu. Poprawki wynikające z konieczności dopracowania tatuażu po jego wygojeniu się wykonywane są bezpłatnie, w ramach wykonania tego tatuażu.
11. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za sposób zachowania się barwników na ciele, ze względu na szeroko pojęty proces gojenia się ciała. Na życzenie klienta udostępniamy atesty stosowanych w studiu farb.
12. Studio udziela wszystkich informacji na temat gojenia i pielęgnacji wykonanego tatuażu.
13. Studio umożliwia niezobowiązujące klienta konsultacje celem omówienia ewentualnego projektu, odpowiedzi na nurtujące klienta pytania dotyczące wykonania tatuażu.
14. Tatuatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do odmowy wykonania tatuażu bez podania przyczyny, co wiąże się ze zwrotem zadatku.

3. We do not perform treatments under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychoactive and narcotic agents.
4. The initial booking of the tattooing date can be made by phone, by email, through a Facebook communicator or personally in the studio.
5. After determining the term of the session, the Customer is obliged to pay a deposit that is required to book a deadline. The deposit is included in the tattoo price and is not refundable 3 days before the fixed day of the session or after sending the project. It can not also be used for the next reference date. The change of the agreed deadline for the client is permissible for 3 days before the agreed session. The deposit of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
6. The finished tattoo design can only be watched for a day / two days before the appointment (according to arrangements with the tiled). Some designs (eg patches after another tattoo or “Cover” tattoo) may require direct drawing on the skin and do not require prior preparation of the project (according to arrangements with tiles).
7. In the case of the desire to correct the formula, there are two-three adjustments. The total change of the project by the customer is associated with additional fees.
8. Our employees have the right to multiply the deadline. If the session is translated more times the customer has the right to request a refund.
9. Prices in the studio are set individually. The valuation is made on the basis of a tattoo surface, or for large tattoos based on the amount of all-day sessions devoted to their execution.
10. The studio is not responsible for failing to comply with the principles of care during the tattoo healing process. Amendments resulting from the need to refine the tattoo after its challenge are performed free of charge, as part of this tattoo.
11. The studio is not responsible for the method of maintaining dyes on the body, due to the broadly understood process of healing the body. At the customer’s request, we provide approvals used in the paint studio.
12. The studio provides all information about healing and care of the tattoo.
13. Studio allows a non-binding customer consulting to discuss a possible project, answers to the customer bothering questions about the tattoo.
14. Tattoo reserve the right to refuse to perform a tattoo without giving a reason, which is associated with the return of the deposit.
