Regulamin
1. Klient zobowiązany jest do zapoznania się z treścią niniejszego regulaminu.
2. Studio wykonuje wszystkie zabiegi osobom pełnoletnim. Osoba niepełnoletnia może zostać
poddana zabiegowi wyłącznie w obecności opiekunów prawnych.
3. Klient zobowiązany jest do powiadomienia tatuatora o swoim stanie zdrowia (wypełnia kart
dotyczących stanu zdrowia) i ewentualnych przeciwwskazaniach do wykonania zabiegu. W
razie zatajenia lub podania nieprawdziwych informacji na temat stanu zdrowia, studio nie
ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne komplikacje.
4. Studio zapewnia sterylność używanych do zabiegów narzędzi, oraz prawo klienta do wglądu
w potwierdzającą sterylność dokumentację Sanepidu.
5. W Studio „Kropka” obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz dotykania przedmiotów służących do
wykonywania tatuażu oraz materiałów pomocniczych.
6. Studio nie wykonuje zabiegów osobom będącym pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków,
środków psychoaktywnych i odurzających.
7. Ceny w studiu ustalane są indywidualnie. Wycena dokonywana jest na podstawie powierzchni
tatuażu, lub w przypadku dużych tatuaży na podstawie ilości całodziennych sesji
poświęconych na ich wykonanie.
8. Zastrzegamy sobie prawa autorskie do wykonywanych zdjęć, projektów i tatuaży.
9. Możemy odmówić wykonania tatuażu jeżeli uznamy że zabieg zagraża naszemu lub Twojemu
zdrowiu.
10. Możemy przerwać wykonanie zabiegu w przypadku stwierdzenia pogorszenia się
samopoczucia Klienta lub wystąpienia zmian w strukturze skóry.
11. Prosimy o nie przyprowadzanie osób towarzyszących na wykonanie tatuażu.
12. Studio Kropka nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za wystąpienie ewentualnych zmian skórnych
mogących wystąpić po zabiegu.
13. Proces wykonania tatuażu jest zabiegiem nieodwracalnym. Przed przystąpieniem do zabiegu
prosimy o rozwagę.
Przed wykonaniem zabiegu:
1. Na dwa dni przed tatuowaniem należy odstawić alkohol, gdyż ten może utrudnić gojenie się
tatuażu.
2. W dniu w którym tatuaż ma zostać wykonany ubrać się w luźniejsze ubrania żeby po
