Regulamin Studia Tatuażu Nyn Tattoo
1. Rezerwacji terminu można dokonać poprzez aplikację Messenger lub Facebook (preferowane), Instagram, mailowo, lub osobiście w studiu.
2. Aby zarezerwować termin wymagana jest wpłata zadatku w wysokści 100-200zł w zależności od wartości pracy (przy wartości powyżej 400 zł). Kwota ta odliczana jest od kosztu tatuażu.
Istnieje także możliwość zakupienia Vouchera na tatuaż. Ważność vouchera wynosi rok czasu. Wpłaty (zadatek oraz voucher) można dokonywać osobiście w studio lub przelewem na konto, którego numer jest podawany przez nas drogą elektroniczną.
3. Wpłata zadatku jest równoznaczna z akceptacją niniejszego regulaminu.
4. W przypadku rezygnacji z tatuażu maksymalnie miesiąc przed umówionym terminem klient może uzyskać zwrot zadatku. Poniżej miesiąca zadatek staje się bezzwrotny.
5. Klient ma prawo jednorazowo zmienić termin tatuowania nie później niż na 7 dni przed umówioną wizytą. Nowy termin jest możliwy do rezerwacji tylko w okresie, na który aktualnie prowadzimy zapisy. Zmiana terminu później niż 7 dni lub niestawienie się w umówionym terminie jest równoznaczne z utratą wpłaconego zadatku a zarezerwowanie nowego terminu wiąże się z ponownym jego uiszczeniem.
6. Artyści zastrzegają sobie prawo do zmiany umówionego terminu. W przypadku braku akceptacji propozycji nowego terminu, klient może ubiegać się o zwrot wpłaconego zadatku.
7. Wykonujemy tylko autorskie projekty oraz własne interpretacje gotowych wzorów.
8. Projekt tatuażu przygotowujemy wraz z klientem w dzień umówionej sesji aby uniknąć nieustannych zmian oraz poprawek.
9. Wszystkie ceny są ustalane indywidualnie i są to ceny przybliżone, ze względu na to, iż ostateczny rozmiar dobieramy na miejscu kierując się anatomią klienta i jakością wzoru.
10. Zabieg wykonujemy osobom pełnoletnim, lub za zgodą rodzica (opiekuna prawnego) od 16 roku życia.
11. Przed przystąpieniem do tatuowania należy wypełnić i podpisać oświadczenie o braku przeciwwskazań.
12. Osoba tatuowana nie może znajdować się pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków oraz innych środków odurzających, a o wszelkich przyjmowanych lekach obowiązkowo informuje tatuatora.
13. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za zachowanie się barwników na skórze. W razie jakichkolwiek obaw alergicznych wykonujemy próbki w postaci kropki na skórze w cenie 50 zł.
14. Możemy odmówić wykonania tatuażu jeżeli uznamy, że zagraża on zdrowiu lub wzór tatuażu kłóci się z naszymi przekonaniami.
15. Możemy przerwać wykonywanie zabiegu w przypadku stwierdzenia pogorszenia się samopoczucia klienta lub wystąpienia zmian w strukturze skóry.
16. Osoby przebywające w gabinecie zabiegowym zobowiązane są do stosowania się do ogólnych zasad sanitarnych panujących w pomieszczeniu.

19. Poprawki tatuażu są darmowe. Tatuaże w miejscu ruchomym (palce, szyja, dlonie, stopy, kolana, łokcie) to bardzo indywidualna sprawa, tusz może się nie przyjąć dobrze i konieczne bedą poprawki, ktore w takich miejscach są płatne.
