UWAGA !!
WPŁACAJĄC ZADATEK AKCEPTUJESZ REGULAMIN STUDIO:
1.Zabiegi wykonujemy jedynie osobom pełnoletnim lub osobom, które ukończyły 16 lat za zgodą rodzica lub opiekuna prawnego (zgoda musi być wypełniona osobiście w studio przez rodzica/prawnego opiekuna w momencie rezerwacji terminu).
2. Nie wykonujemy zabiegów osobom będącym pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków, środków psychoaktywnych i odurzających.
3. Nie wykonujemy zabiegów kobietom w ciąży lub karmiącym piersią.
4. Ceny ustalane są indywidualnie. Wycena zależy od wybranego stylu, powierzchni i miejsca wykonania tatuażu, ilości szczegółów zawartych w projekcie, stopnia skomplikowania oraz czasu poświęconego na jego wykonanie.
5. Rezerwacji terminu można dokonać osobiście gotówką, kartą płatniczą lub internetowo przelewem bankowym. Po ustaleniu terminu sesji klient zobowiązany jest do wpłaty zadatku. Zadatek wynosi od 100 do 200 zł. Zadatek jest ceną, która pokrywa wykonanie projektu i wlicza się w koszt całkowity tatuażu.
6. Zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.
7. Klient ma prawo do zmiany terminu sesji bez straty zadatku tylko raz – nie krócej niż 7 dni przed sesją.
8. Jeśli klient spóźnia się na sesję ponad 40 min bez wcześniejszego uprzedzenia, studio może anulować wizytę bez zwrotu zadatku.
9. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprzestrzeganie zasad pielęgnacji podczas procesu gojenia tatuażu.
10. Poprawki niewynikające z zaniedbań klienta wykonywane są w cenie tatuażu (1 darmowa poprawka w ciągu 3 miesięcy od wykonania tatuażu u tatuażysty, który ten tatuaż wykonał). Poprawki u innego artysty lub po okresie 3 miesięcy od wykonania tatuażu są odpłatne.
11. Studio udziela wszelkich informacji na temat gojenia i pielęgnacji wykonanego tatuażu oraz posiada w sprzedaży kosmetyki do tego przeznaczone.
12. Studio udziela bezpłatnych konsultacji w celu omówienia ewentualnego projektu oraz odpowiedzi na pytania dotyczące wykonania tatuażu.
13. Projekty tworzone są indywidualnie i przedstawiane są w dniu sesji. Wszelkie potrzebne korekty nanoszone są już wspólnie na miejscu. Całkowita zmiana koncepcji, elementu kluczowego lub tatuażysty może się wiązać ze zmianą terminu oraz stratą zadatku.
14. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za treść i poprawność wykonywanych napisów oraz za symbolikę wzorów/znaków/motywów. Klient jest zobowiązany do sprawdzenia poprawności napisu przed jego wykonaniem.
15. Tatuażyści mają prawo odmówić wykonania tatuażu bez podania przyczyny.
16. Klient który zarezerwował sesję całodniową i w trakcie jej trwania rezygnuje z powodów osobistych (ból, konieczność wyjścia przed ustalonym czasem) ma obowiązek opłaty za cały dzień. Koszta dokończenia tatuażu leżą po stronie klienta.
17. W studiu obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu oraz spożywania alkoholu lub innych środków odurzających.
18. Do pomieszczenia w którym wykonywane są tatuaże wstęp mają tylko pracownicy studia oraz umówieni klienci. Nie ma możliwości przebywania w pomieszczeniu zabiegowym osób towarzyszących ani innych osób trzecich.
19. Zabrania się przyprowadzania zwierząt do studia.
20. W studiu obowiązuje zakaz dotykania przedmiotów służących do wykonywania tatuażu. Nieprzestrzeganie zaleceń grozi trwałą utrata zdrowia.
21. Przed wykonaniem zabiegu klient zobowiązany jest do wypełnienia zgody na wykonanie modyfikacji ciała, ankiety dotyczącej stanu zdrowia i tzw. RODO. Odmowa wypełnienia ww. dokumentów może wiązać się z odmową wykonania zabiegu oraz stratą zadatku klienta.
22. Dane osobowe klientów nie są przetwarzane, ani udostępniane osobom trzecim. Zgody na wykonanie tatuażu są dostępne do wglądu tylko dla pracowników studia.
23. Promocje nie łączą się, i nie działają wstecz.
24. Klient który umówił się poza promocją (w cenach stałych) nie ma możliwości skorzystania z trwającej obecnie promocji (jeśli taka istnieje), chyba że umówi się na nowy termin. W przypadku trwania takiej promocji klient nie ma możliwości anulowania wizyty (zabrania zadatku) i przepisania się na nowy termin tak aby mógł skorzystać z promocji.
25. Studio posiada w ofercie vouchery. Jeśli osoba posiadająca voucher podarunkowy nie przyjdzie na umówioną wizytę, studio traktuje to jako usługę zrealizowaną. Nie ma możliwości zwrotu gotówki za niewykorzystany voucher. Voucher nie podlega wymianie na gotówkę.
26.Umówienie terminu oraz wpłata zadatku jest równoznaczna z Akceptacją Regulaminu!!!

ATTENTION !!
By paying down payment AGREE RULES STUDIO:
1.Zabiegi performed only to adults or persons who have completed 16 years with the consent of a parent or legal guardian (consent must be completed in person at the studio by a parent / legal guardian at the time of booking date).
2. Do not perform treatments to persons who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and psychoactive drugs.
3. Do not perform procedures to pregnant women or nursing mothers.
4. Prices are set individually. Measurement depends on the location, area and place of the tattoo, the amount of detail contained in the project, the complexity and the time spent on the implementation.
5. Reservation deadline can be made in person by cash, debit card or internet-bank transfer. After determining the date of the session the customer is obliged to pay a deposit. Pledge is from 100 to 200 zł. Down payment is the price that covers the execution of the project and included in the total cost of the tattoo.
6. The deposit is not refundable.
7. The customer has the right to change the date of a session without loss of deposit only once – not less than 7 days before the session.
8. If the customer is late for a session more than 40 minutes without prior notice, may cancel a visit to the studio without any refund of deposit.
9. Studio is not liable for failure to comply with the principles of care during the healing process of tattooing.
10. Amendments not related to negligence client are executed in the price of the tattoo (1 free amendment within three months of tattooing in the tattoo artists who made this tattoo). Amendments with another artist or after a period of 3 months from the tattooing are payable.
11. Studio provides all the information about healing and caring and has a tattoo made on the sale of cosmetics designed for that purpose.
12. Studio provides free consultation to discuss possible project and answer questions about tattooing.
13. Projects are created individually and are presented on the session. Any necessary adjustments are applied together already in place. The total change of concept, a key element of tattoo artists, or may involve changing the term deposit and loss.
Studio 14 is not responsible for the content and accuracy of executed inscriptions and symbols for design / characters / themes. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the string before its execution.
15. Tattooists have the right to refuse to tattoo any reason.
16. The customer who has booked the full-day session and during its duration resigns for personal reasons (pain, need to exit before the stipulated time) is required to charge for the whole day. Costs are complete tattoo on the client side.
17. In the studio, non-smoking tobacco and alcohol, or other drugs.
18. The room where tattoos are made only admission to college employees and customers appointment. It is not possible to stay in the treatment room of accompanying persons or other third parties.
19. It is forbidden to animals of bringing to the studio.
20. In the studio spaces non-touching objects used to perform tattooing. Non-compliance may result in permanent loss of health.
21. Before treatment the client is obliged to fill consent to a body modification, a survey on the state of health and so. Rodo. Refusal to fulfill the above. document may involve the refusal to perform the surgery and the loss of customer deposit.
22. Personal data of customers are not processed, or made available to third parties. Consent to a tattoo are available for inspection only for employees of the studio.
23. Promotions can not be combined, and are not retroactive.
24. The customer who appointed outside promotion (in constant prices) is not possible to take advantage of ongoing promotions (if any), unless you make an appointment for a new term. For the duration of such promotion the client has no way to cancel visits (deposit taking) and rewrite the new term so that he could take advantage of the promotion.
25. Studio has offered vouchers. If the person holding the gift voucher will not come to the appointment, the studio treats it as a service realized. There is no possibility of a cash refund for the unused voucher. Voucher can not be exchanged for cash.
26.Umówienie period and a deposit is tantamount to acceptance Regulations !!!
