-Co konkretnie Cię interesuje? Jeżeli ma to być cover starego tatuażu to prosimy o przesłanie zdjęcia tego co już masz i nad czym będziemy pracować.
-Gdzie ma być wykonany tatuaż (część ciała) oraz w jakim rozmiarze (orientacyjnie)
-W jakim stylu i formie ma być tatuaż? (Czerń i biel/kolory)
-Bardzo pomogą przykładowe zdjęcia tatuaży w stylu, który was interesuje, lub przykładowe zdjęcia. (Nie wykonujemy kopii innych tatuaży)
-Opcjonalnie informacja na temat stanu zdrowia (uczulenia, przebyte choroby krwi/skóry, zażywane leki)
