*opis lub zdjęcia poglądowe
*miejsce na ciele
*wymiary (szerokość i wysokość w cm)
*wzór kolorowy czy w czerni
Nie zapisuję terminów przez telefon
PROJEKT
*Wzory szykuję na termin tatuowania i przedstawiam na miejscu żeby wraz z klientem wprowadzić ewentualne zmiany i poprawki
*projekty szykuję indywidualnie (nie kopiuję wzorów)
ZADATEK
*po wyznaczeniu daty pobierany jest zadatek za wykonanie wzoru/rezerwacja terminu (jest to wliczone w całość)
*opłatę należy wykonać w ciągu 7 dni od ustalenia terminu (brak wpłaty wiąże się z wykreśleniem wizyty)
*Termin tatuowania bez utraty zadatku można zmienić maksymalnie na 7 dni przed umówioną datą zabiegu. Zmiana w krótszym okresie niż do 7 dni od wyznaczonego terminu skutkuje utratą zadatku
DODATKOWE INFORMACJE
*osoby niepełnoletnie wymagaja zgody opiekuna prawnego ( podpisywanej w salonie przed sesją)
*w związku z pandemią proszę o przychodzenie bez osób towarzyszących

DESIGN
* Patterns are preparing for the date of tattooing and presenting any changes and amendments together with the client
* Projects are preparing individually (I do not copy patterns)
DEPOSIT
* After determining the date, a delay will be charged for the formation / reservation of the term (this is included in the whole)
* The fee should be performed within 7 days of determining the deadline (no payment involves a deletion of the visit)
* Tattooing deadline without losing a deposit can be changed to a maximum of 7 days before the appointment of the procedure. The change in less than up to 7 days from the appointed date results in the loss of the deposit
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* Minors require the consent of the legal guardian (signed in the living room in front of the session)
