1) Zapisy na tatuaż w wiadomości prywatnej na Facebooku, telefonicznie, mailowo, bądź osobiście w studiu.

2) Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać :
a) krótki opis/pomysł na tatuaż
b) miejsce wykonania wzoru oraz jego wielkość +/- w cm
c) mile widziane inspiracje w formie zdjęć
3) Potwierdzeniem rezerwacji terminu jest opłata zadatku na konto

bądź osobiście w studiu, brak zadatku skutkuje anulowaniem terminu
4) Brak stawienia się w wyznaczonym terminie skutkuje utratą zadatku
5) Każdy projekt wyceniamy indywidualnie na podstawie wzoru, wielkości oraz miejsca wykonania.
6) Przed wykonaniem tatuażu klient zobowiązany jest do wypełnienia zgody na wykonanie zabiegu oraz ankiety o stanie zdrowia.
7) Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprzestrzeganie zasad pielęgnacji tatuażu oraz nie stosowanie się do zaleceń otrzymanych po zakończeniu zabiegu.
8) Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za komplikacje powstałe w skutek zatajenia informacji o stanie zdrowia.
9) Projekt wykonujemy wspólnie z klientem w dniu tatuażu by dostosować wzór do anatomii oraz nanieść na bieżąco wszelkie uwagi.
10) Zadatek nie przepada gdy sesja zostanie przełożona minimum 6 godzin przed planowanym wykonaniem tatuażu.

10) The deposit does not fall asleep when the session will be postponed a minimum of 6 hours before the planned tattoo.
