Klient zobowiązany jest do zapoznania się z regulaminem studia LIVE Studio Tattoo:
1. W studiu obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu oraz spożywania alkoholu, narkotyków i innych używek
2. W studiu LIVE Studio Tattoo obowiązuje bez wzlgędny zakaz dotykania przedmiotów służących do wykonania tatuażu oraz materiałów pomocniczych.
3. W studiu wszystkie ceny ustalane są indywidualnie .
4.Rezerwacja terminu wykonania tatuażu odbywa się osobiście ze wcześniejszym kontaktem i umówieniem wizyty na konsultacje .Przy rezerwacji Klient zobowiązuje się uiścić zaliczkę wysokości do 50% (ustalana indywidualnie)wartości kosztów wykonania tatuażu ,wliczony jest on w cenę usługi . Rezerwacje można dokonać również telefonicznie a zadatek wpłacać na konto przelewem bankowym
5.Wpłata zaliczki jest równoznaczna z akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu .
6.Przed przystąpieniem do zabiegu klient zobowiązany jest do stawiania się celem odbycia konsultacji .
7. Projekt przygotowuję najpóźniej 4 dni przed ustalonym terminem wykonania tatuażu.
8.W przypadku rezygnacji z wykonania tatuażu zaliczka pokrywa koszty wykonania projektu,przygotowanych materiałów. Nie przybycie w wyznaczonym terminie lub brak powiadomienia o rezygnacji na min. 3 dni przed terminem wykonania tatuażu(nie jest uwzględniane w przypadku projektów o dużych gabarytach,”rękawy” itd…) jest jednoznaczne z utratą dokonanej wcześniejszej zaliczki. Klient ma możliwość do jednorazowego przełożenia terminu..
9.Studio wykonuje zabiegi tylko osobą pełnoletnim. W przypadku niepełnoletności (16 lat) wyłącznie za pisemną zgodą opiekunów prawnych oraz w ich obecnością podczas zabiegu.
10.Studio nie wykonuje zabiegów osobą będącym pod wpływem alkoholu, narkotyków lub środków odurzających.
11.Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za sposób zachowania się barwnika w ciele.
12. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za nieprzestrzeganie zasad pielęgnacji po wykonaniu zabiegu.
13. Korekta tatuażu w cenie nie później niż 30 dni od wykonania.
14. Studio nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za wystąpienie ewentualnych zmian skórnych mogących wystąpić po zabiegu.
15. W szczególnych przypadkach, Studio może odmówić klientowi wykonania zabiegu.
16. Do pomieszczenia gdzie wykonywany jest tatuaż wchodzi tylko klient, osoby towarzyszące muszą poczekać w poczekalni. Na terenie studia obowiązuje zakaz wprowadzania zwierząt.
17. Tatuażysta może przerwać wykonywanie zabiegu w przypadku stwierdzenia pogorszenia się samopoczucia klienta lub wystąpienia zmian skórnych (mocnych zaczerwienień, krwawień itp.)
18.Akceptujący regulamin studia, klient wyraża zgodę na zrobienie zdjęcia wykonywanego tatuażu i wykorzystania go w celach promocyjnych.
19. Proces wykonania tatuażu jest zabiegiem nieodwracalnym. Przed przystąpieniem do zabiegu proszę o rozwagę.

9.Studio performs treatments only to a adult person. In the case of subsidy (16 years) only with the written consent of legal guardians and their presence during the procedure.
10.Studio does not perform treatments under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicants.
11.studio is not responsible for the method of maintaining a dye in the body.
12. The studio is not responsible for failing to comply with the principles of care after the procedure.
13. Correction of tattoo for a price not later than 30 days after implementation.
14. The studio is not responsible for the occurrence of possible skin changes that may occur after surgery.
15. In special cases, the studio may refuse to make the procedure.

17. A tattoosist may interrupt the procedure in case of deterioration of the customer’s well-being or skin lesions (strong redness, bleeding, etc.)
18. According to the Studio Regulations, the customer agrees to make a picture of the tattoo and use it for promotional purposes.
19. The process of making a tattoo is an irreversible procedure. Before starting the procedure, I am asking for consideration.
