Valcea a fost infiintat la sfarsitul anului 2008, fiind primul si pana in prezent singurul salon profesional de tatuaje si body-piercing autorizat din oras .Salonul este dotat cu aparatura moderna si profesionala conform standardelor CE. Se folosesc pigmenti organici si ace sterile de unica folosinta pentru fiecare client in parte .Pentru dezinfectie si sterilizare, se utilizeaza solutii si aparatura speciala in acest sens, precum si lampi UV, pentru sterilizarea suprafetelor si a aerului din incapere.Artistul tatuator este atestat profesional, avand o experienta de peste 10 ani in domeniu si este recunoscut de Asociatia Tatuatorilor Profesionisti din Romania si Uniunea Europeana.

Valcea was founded at the end of 2008, being the first and until now the only authorized professional tattoo and body-piercing salon in the city. The salon is equipped with modern and professional equipment according to CE standards.
Organic pigments and sterile disposable needles are used for each client. For disinfection and sterilization, special solutions and equipment are used for this purpose, as well as UV lamps, for sterilizing surfaces and air in the room. The tattoo artist is professionally certified.
