We are London’s first female-only staffed studio. Yes we do tattoo men too!
We are also one of a few studios in London to be awarded 4/4 star rating by the Tattoo Hygiene Rating Scheme.
Our studio is designed and created by female tattoo artists. Tattoo stations are fitted with hygienic, purpose-built equipment. We operate a completely disposable system so that we have no need for scrub rooms or re-sterilised tools … making Velvet Underground Tattoo a reassuring clean and comfortable environment to get inked in.
Velvet Underground Tattoo embraces the individuality of both our clients and tattoo artists and is dedicated to providing bespoke tattooing by appointment.
Our artists and apprentices each have their unique style and create one off pieces for every client. No copying, no flash, no rush. If we don’t think we can achieve what you are asking us to do we won’t take it on.
