The 4th Empire Tattoo shop open, one of the East Coast’s best tattoo companies. Located in the heart of Oakland, we offer clean and friendly tattoo and piercing services. Our artists’ tattoo styles range from traditional tattooing, to more new school and realistic work, and everything in between. We offer coverups and reworks as well. Piercings are offered 6 days a week, and we have student discounts always.
